1. GENERAL PROVISIONS As the operator of the Balatonfő Yacht Club Pension, Balatonfő Yacht Club Kft. (Főnix tér 3, 8174 Balatonkenese) ensures the lawfulness and purposefulness of the processing of personal data in all cases. The aim of this information is to adequately inform our guests who book accommodation and provide their personal data about the conditions and guarantees under which our company processes their data, and for how long, before they make a booking or provide their personal data. We will abide by this notice in all cases involving the processing of personal data and consider ourselves bound by the information contained herein.

However, we reserve the right to change the information in this unilateral statement. In this case, we will inform the data subjects in advance. The data processing of our activities is based on voluntary consent and in some cases it is necessary to take action at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract.
